Nick Mirrione is the founder and manager of New England Cottage Builders, LLC. His background is in real estate development, construction and management. Combined with his entrepreneurial spirit, he has all the tools necessary for successful relationships in the real estate business. Nick is committed to both the company and its clients by operating under the highest ethical standards and with the utmost integrity.
As manager, Nick is responsible for providing the leadership and vision for NECB LLC. He keeps the company on the leading edge of real estate development by studying and anticipating market trends and designing projects accordingly. It is Nick’s vision that allows him to maintain the company’s focus in a constantly changing and demanding real estate market.
Construction Supervisor
Russell Grabau
Bio: Russell Grabau is a successful builder with over 30 years experience in building, land investing, and general contracting. He has supervised and assisted with construction of over 500 single family homes and over 300 condominium units. Russell owned and operated Pembroke Country Club and was owner and president of Russell S. Grabau & Co., Inc. He has proven himself to be a dedicated and trustworthy builder who puts the customer first.
